Nella mia azienda è tempo di assumere nuovo personale e sta a me decidere chi vi potrà lavorare, infatti, sono io il capo del personale e ho pieni poteri nel decidere chi assumere. Dopo aver sentito tanti giovani laureati validi e preparati, sono molto indecisa su chi scegliere, quindi spero che all’ultimo colloquio della giornata si presenti il più bravo di tutti, così posso scartare tutti gli altri già ascoltati e andarmene a casa dopo una pesantissima giornata di lavoro. Neanche il tempo di pensarlo e la mia speranza svanisce. Mi ritrovo davanti un ciccione, vestito male che arriva anche in ritardo. Già partiamo male, ma il suo curriculum vitae è un vero disastro: laureato con il minimo dei voti e nel doppio del tempo necessario. Nonostante le inutili scuse che inizia a inventare per giustificare la sua incompetenza, gli dico subito che per gente come lui non c’è posto nella mia azienda, ma lui invece di andar via inizia a piagnucolare e a implorarmi per avere un posto di lavoro, arrivando a dire di essere disposto a fare di tutto pur di avere un lavoro…musica per le mie orecchie! Lo avverto da subito che per un incompetente come lui non ci sarà mai posto nei nostri uffici e che lo assumerò come mio assistente personale, pronto ad esaudire ogni mia esigenza e ogni mio desiderio, ovviamente con il minimo dello stipendio. Lui accetta subito, e quando gli ordino di inginocchiarsi a leccare le suole delle mie costosissime décolleté inizia a frignare, ma gli faccio capire da subito che le sue mansioni saranno le più umili e degradanti, sennò via dalla mia azienda! Nel frattempo mi accendo una sigaretta così lo proverò anche come posacenere umano. Come inizio non posso lamentarmi troppo, da una nullità del genere non si può pretendere il massimo sin da subito. Con il giusto addestramento però potrebbe diventare una brava sguattera, sicuramente lo testerò di nuovo fra qualche giorno…
